CAPMC at Marie Curie Hospice in Penarth 3/9/26

Cardiff Arms Park Male Choir were honoured to join our former accompanist Joseph Cavalli-Price at Marie Curie - Wales Penarth for a deeply emotional afternoon of music and poetry.

Over seven weeks, Joe has worked with the people at Marie Curie to write and compose ‘The Sun Will Rise Again’ — a beautiful song celebrating life, hope and renewal in the face of adversity.

The song was performed by a group of men who are recently bereaved, living with a life-limiting illness, or supporting someone who is, and joined by members of the Royal College of Music and Drama and the choir.

It was a privilege to share the afternoon with them and witness the incredible power of music and poetry to bring people together.

A huge congratulations to Joe and everyone involved in this very special project.
